Terms and Conditions of Use – My Account

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

The use of the My Account platform constitutes the user's express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the current general Terms and Conditions of Atelier de Hoteles, available at: https://atelierdehoteles.com/terms-and-conditions

In the event of any discrepancy between these documents, the general Terms and Conditions of Atelier de Hoteles and the specific policies applicable to each reservation shall prevail.

2. Purpose of the Platform

My Account is a digital platform that allows guests to manage certain aspects of their reservations, including but not limited to:

• Viewing reservations.
• Modifying eligible reservations.
• Canceling eligible reservations.
• Managing available Wallet balances.
• Reviewing transactions associated with their reservations.

Access to and use of these functionalities are subject to the policies, restrictions, and conditions applicable to each reservation.

3. Identity Verification

The user acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Any action performed through an authenticated account shall be deemed valid and carried out by the account holder.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations and modifications made through My Account are subject to:

• The reservation's applicable cancellation policies.
• Applicable cancellation deadlines.
• Corresponding penalties and fees.
• Promotions and restrictions associated with the booked rate.

The system will perform the corresponding validations before allowing any transaction.

5. Wallet

In certain cases, guests may choose to convert all or part of an eligible amount into available credit within their Wallet.

Acceptance of this option constitutes the guest's express authorization for the corresponding amount to be credited to their Wallet in accordance with the applicable conditions.

6. Use of Wallet Balance

The available Wallet balance may only be used for:

• Creating new reservations.
• Full or partial payment of room nights for eligible future reservations made through channels authorized by Atelier de Hoteles.

The Wallet balance may not be used for:

• Transferring credit to existing or previously confirmed reservations.
• Applying credit to reservations created prior to the Wallet balance being generated.
• Paying for on-property expenses.
• Paying for restaurants, bars, spa services, or any other hotel services.
• Settling outstanding balances.
• Paying charges incurred during a stay.
• Purchasing products or services other than accommodations.
• Transferring, assigning, or exchanging balances between guests, accounts, or profiles.
• Any purpose other than the purchase of new reservations or room nights.

7. Wallet Validity

Credits deposited into the Wallet shall remain valid for five (5) years from the date the balance is generated, unless a specific promotion, campaign, or provision establishes a different validity period.

Once the applicable validity period has expired, any unused balance may become invalid in accordance with the applicable policies.

8. Nature of the Wallet

The Wallet is an internal credit mechanism intended for future reservations and does not constitute a bank account, financial instrument, cash deposit, or investment product.

All Wallet balances are subject to the policies and conditions established by Atelier de Hoteles.

9. Service Availability

Atelier de Hoteles will make reasonable efforts to keep the My Account platform available; however, uninterrupted availability of the service is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, or modifications may be performed whenever necessary.

10. Modifications

Atelier de Hoteles reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes shall become effective upon publication through the appropriate official channels.

11. Acceptance

By registering, accessing, or using My Account, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the general Terms and Conditions of Atelier de Hoteles.
